Course Information: To prepare Human Resources (HR) Reserve Component (RC) professionals to perform duties at tactical and operational levels that include serving as HR staff officers in Brigades, Div/Corps, and SRC12 structures as HR planners, integrators, and coordinators. Additionally, prepare officers to serve in theater HR structures (SRC12) planning, coordinating, and executing missions such as postal, personnel accountability, and casualty operations.

Scope: The Distributed Learning phase prepares officers to develop, interpret, plan, integrate, coordinate, and implement the Army's HR programs and policies for the military and civilian work force. In this phase of training, HR topics include ten key functions of FM 1-0: Direct Personnel Information (PIM); Direct Personnel Accountability (PA); Direct Strength Reporting (SR); Direct Personnel Readiness Management (PRM) Operations; Direct Essential Personnel Service (EPS); Direct Postal Operations, Direct Casualty Operations; Identify Army Music Activities; and Conduct HR Planning and Operations.
