The Instructional Design Division (IDD) provides instructional design expertise for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) of
Officer, Warrant Officer, Noncommissioned Officer, and Army Civilian Professional Military Education (PME), to ensure academic rigor and relevance. IDD manages
PME common core (general education) requirements, develops Captains’ PME curricula, and shares instructional design practices across the Army.
The Midgrade Learning Continuum (MLC) Team develops and supervises the implementation of professional core curriculum for Captain Career Courses (CCC) to ensure
