Mission

The Enterprise Integration & Synchronization Division is responsible for, integration, synchronization, and governance of the Army Learning Enterprise.


Essential Functions

  • CAC lead integrator for Army Learning Enterprise.
  • Conducts detailed analysis on all Enterprise requirements.
  • Responsible for the Army Learning Coordination Council.
  • Synchronizes Army Learning Enterprise efforts for CoE schools and centers through the Directors of Training (DOTs).
  • Conducts Directors of Training (DOT) Conference annually.
  • Directs, develops and leads OPT efforts with the Enterprise, Centers and Schools, and stakeholders.
  • Annual Army University Program Objective Memorandum (POM) preparation.
  • Conducts Army University Learning Symposium Biennially.
  • Validate justifications and establish operational risk statements for all programs. Ensure all program trade-offs identify associated risk to the learning enterprise.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Maintain visibility to changes within programs affecting resource requirements.
  • Balance all programs to eliminate unnecessary growth.
